PTFE oil seal products have the following characteristics:

2、 It has excellent friction resistance, and the friction coefficient of PTFE lip is extremely low, only 0.02, which is 1/40 of rubber. It is particularly suitable for working in oil-free or low oil conditions, and can immediately have low friction characteristics even after long-term shutdown and reactivation.
3、 A single lip can withstand a pressure of 1.5 Mpa, while two lips can withstand a relatively high pressure of 3 Mpa. The rubber oil seal is only 0.03 Mpa; Specially suitable for high-speed rotating applications, with a line speed of up to 30m/s; Capable of working normally within the temperature range of -120 ℃ to 220 ℃.
4、 The PTFE oil seal lip is pulled into a trumpet shape during processing. Due to the memory shrinkage ability of PTFE after drawing, the frictional heat generated during operation causes the lip to continuously contract, so it does not require the help of a spring. It will tightly hold onto the shaft, preventing any gap from the shaft surface and compensating for wear.
